About this role

A global architecture and design firm, recognized for its innovation in design, is looking for a Senior Client Leader for their healthcare team. This is a senior role within the organization, tasked with high-level business development and project oversight. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships while working with the executive team on securing new projects with target clients. You will be the liaison between the project team and the client, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects.

What you will be doing

Client Management - responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the healthcare market in Dallas-Fort Worth
Networking - actively seeking out new business opportunities by networking in the industry, attending networking meetings and active in community associations
Top Line Growth - responsible for achieving agreed new net signed fee opportunities
Team Leadership - leading collaborative project teams and mentoring emerging professionals within the firm

Who you are

You may be a Project Manager looking for a more client-focused role, or already be in a business development/client leadership role
Experienced in the healthcare sector
A trained architect, interior designer, or engineer

Starting at Bespoke in Sydney, James led a highly effective team recruiting for architectural and interior product companies. After five successful years, James moved to Rotterdam to undertake a MSc in Organizational Change, writing his thesis on the complexities of hiring contractors.
